I think it also includes not bringing small children to movie theaters in the first place. If they're too young for a babysitter, they are too young for the theater.
Plus, isn't it obvious that taking a small child to a loud dark place with lots of strangers will inevitably make her cry? Why would that be fun for anyone involved, especially the parent who made such a silly decision?
